I am considering changing to Chase bank. Does anyone currently use their online banking? Is it easily navigated? Thanks.

Thanks for responses. I already use Bank of America. I was getting a little discouraged because they kept changing their layout. A new learning curve too often. I have other issues with them that I have been trying to workout, so I am checking out other options.

Good evening. I would be interested in knowing what difficulties you are having with them. Asside from that silly sight key I have found the layout to be quite consistant. I could be wrong here and do have to admit I am looking at the sight through the safari Browser and it might handle thinkgs a little diffferently then Internet Explorer.

I use the credit card portion of Chase. It is accessible.
I have watched a few of the major banking sites evolve over time, bank of america and Chase being two of them.
So if you switch to chase, you will still probably have the problem of learning to navigate a new site, as they all change the way their site is set up from time to time.

Never used Chase. I bank with Wells Fargo, and their site accessibility is awesome.

I have a better interest rate for my credit card with Chase. I asked Bank of America to match it and they wouldn't. Second, since October the automated phone service won't let me retrieve info about my Bank of America credit card. We thought we solved the problem because they sent me a new card with a new number and I thought it was one of those dummy cards. I shreded it. I was sent a new one and I was told that when I activated it I would be able to access the card info on the automated system. Didn't work. I guess I will give Bank of America another try online. I used to do all of my bills online, but went through the change from Fleet to Bank of America and then several other layout changes. So I guess I will just stop whineing and try again. Thanks for the replies.

I use Washington Mutual; think they are changing to Wamu. They have been great. Been banking with them for nearly 10 years. So far, I've found their online streight forward and easy to navigate.

I've never used their bill pay though.
